Codes for Quake III: Arena

• 100 Health Over the Limit

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give mega health.

• Become Invisible

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give invisibility.

• Cheat Codes

  Press ~ during gameplay to bring up the console. Type /sv_cheats 1 then type /devmap yyyyyyy. Replace yyyyyyy wtih the name of your map, such as q3dm15. Then type one of the following codes.

• Fly

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give flight.

• Fly and Go Through Walls

  Enable Cheat mode and type /noclip.

• Get All Guns

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give all.

• Get Hidden Sarge Skin

  Enable Cheat mode and type /model sarge/krusade.

• Get Item

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give item name. Replace item name with one of the following: ammo, armor, bfg10k, gauntlet, grappling hook, grenade launcher, haste, health, lightning gun, machine gun, medikit, personal teleporter, plasma gun, railgun, regener

• God Mode

  Enable Cheat mode and type /god.

• Immune to Lava, Drowning, Acid, etc.

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give battle suit.

• Quad Damage

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give quad damage.

• Run Faster

  Enable Cheat mode and type /give speed.

• Third-Person Viewpoint

  Enable Cheat mode and type /cg_thirdperson 1.

• Unlock All Levels at Skill 1

  Enable Cheat mode and type /iamacheater.

• Unlock All Levels at Skill 100

  Enable Cheat mode and type /iamamonkey.

• View All FMV Sequences

  Type this string at the command line in the DOS prompt: quake3.exe +seta g_spVideos "\tier1\1\tier2\2\tier3\3\tier4\4\tier5\5\tier6\6\tier7\7\tier8\8".

• Clear the Console Line

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /clear.

• Display Console Commands

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /help.

• Game Cheats

  Beat the game on any difficulty setting. Save the game on your VMU. A minigame appears on the VMU screen. Beat the minigame. Every time you beat the minigame, you are awarded a new cheat. Beat the minigame on all five skill levels to unlock every cheat.

• Message to All Players

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /say.

• Message to Attacking Player

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /tell_attacker.

• Message to Targeted Player

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /tell_target.

• Send a Message to Your Team

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /say_team.

• Show Human and Computer Player List

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /who.

• Speak to Player 1

  Press "~" on the Dreamcast keyboard to display the console screen and type /say1.
